So how do I structure my class?
Comprehensive Input (CI) is one of my approaches to improve your Chinese. You will be exposed to lots of Chinese input and have a proper reviewing system once starting our class. All the vocabulary that you learned will be put in Quizlet and you can review them easily and at any time. We will discuss real-life topics based on the structured resources, so you have opportunities to output what you learned and get feedback during the class. We will also have homework to enforce what we've learned after class, so you will improve your Chinese in a proper way.

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

I will never want to make you unhappy! But If you still want to make the change, there are 4 solutions:

  1. If you feel the level of class is not suitable for you, reach out to me to change to another class 
  2.  You can choose to postpone your course, it can last for 1 year since the day you took the first class.
  3. You can get 100% refund of the rest lessons after the first two lessons, and 50% refund of the rest after 3 or more lessons, (Using the group class as an example, you already took 1 class, you can get $218.75 back. If you already took 3 classes, you can get $78.12 back)
  4. You can also transfer the course to your friend for a $10 fee.

Can I ask for a leave if I have an emergency?

For the group class, if you can't take the class in the upcoming week, let me know in advance. I will record it and send you the link to catch up with what we will cover that week.

For the 1 on 1 Class, you can reschedule the upcoming class without penalty given there is more than 12 hours notice before the class. There will be no refund if cancelled within 12 hours before the start of the class.
